Business Relationship Associate

In this newly created role, we are looking for a Business Relationship Associate (BRA) to help drive growth working within our Partnerships business through strong lead generation and building partnerships to drive customer growth and new opportunities.  As a BRA you will be responsible for generating referrals from Support Coordinators, Service Providers and Local Area Coordinators.  You will work closely with the Business Relationship Managers (BRM's) to help ensure a consistent approach to engaging with referral networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive lead generation activities through outbound sales calls to new and existing customers.
• Facilitate client and customer education presentations and identify future opportunities to provide participant growth
• Develop strong partnerships in key markets
• Pro-actively engage with existing Support Coordinators, Service provider and Local Area Coordinators to understand their service capability, maintain positive relationships and increase their current referral pathways
• Present the Plan Group value proposition to Support Coordinators and Local Area Coordinators that will encourage them to recommend Plan Group to their customers within the prescribed segments
• Build partnerships and strategic alliances that will extend the organization's brand in the community via digital activation

• Self-starter, able to operate autonomously and driven to achieve goals / targets.
• Knowledge of the NDIS, NDIS Plan Management, and Support Coordination.
• Ability to work with people with diverse abilities, requirements and goals.
• Ability to work with other team members in a positive and pro-active manner to facilitate service excellence and exceed client expectations.
