EXECUTIVE ASSISANT TO JUDICIAL LEADER

Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, you will provide high-level executive and administrative support within the Chief Justice's Chambers. This is a transactional, detail-driven role that demands precision, composure, and an ability to anticipate needs in a fast-moving environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Complex diary and calendar management across multiple stakeholders
  • Coordination of meetings, events, hospitality, and national travel arrangements
  • Preparation and handling of confidential correspondence and documentation
  • Supporting chambers staff in the smooth running of daily operations
  • Maintaining the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion

About You

The successful candidate will bring:

  • Minimum five years' experience providing senior-level support (government, legal, or political environments highly regarded)
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
  • Calm under pressure, thrives behind the scenes, and comfortable supporting a detail-oriented Chief of Staff
  • Strong written communication skills to prepare speeches and other reports
  • Sound judgment, integrity, and a proactive, flexible work ethic
