Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Program Lead with deep expertise in Service Integration and Management (SIAM) to lead complex, hybrid SIAM service delivery program within Defence. This role is pivotal in providing governance in a complex structure, driving strategic transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration across service providers, and delivering measurable outcomes aligned with business and customer objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, aligning scope, timelines, and resources with strategic business objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale hybrid SIAM Service delivery and managed service.
  • Lead transformation initiatives to uplift SIAM services.
  • Define and manage program scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Implement and manage SIAM frameworks to manage multi-supplier environments.
  • Establish governance models, service integration processes, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure alignment between retained IT, service providers, and business units.
  • Facilitate executive steering committees and program boards.
  • Monitor service performance, SLAs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Drive incident, problem, and change management across integrated services.
  • Drive service excellence by identifying opportunities for innovation, process optimization, and capability uplift across the delivery ecosystem.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory, contractual, and security requirements, particularly in public sector or defence contexts.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks, ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and security requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Must have current minimum NV1 clearance, and current Australian Citizenship.
  • 10+ years in program or portfolio management within IT services or consulting.
  • Proven experience delivering SIAM-based service models in complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL, COBIT, and service management best practices.
  • Experience working with Defence.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL Expert, SIAM Foundation/Professional, PMP/Prince2) preferred.
