A supportive and prominent **Federal Government Department** is looking to engage **MULTIPLE** experienced **ServiceNow/ITSM Specialists **to join a major program to enhance the departments ITSM Capabilities and assist in implementing a new Service management Platform using Service Now. The successful **ServiceNow/ITSM Specialists** will secure a** 6 month contract **with the option to** extend for a further 12 months aligned with a rewarding hourly rate.**

The successful **ServiceNow/ITSM Specialists **will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Work closely with the project team to ensure all required knowledge transfer and handover to transition for the ongoing management and governance of Service Management processes
- Assist in the operational change as required to implement Service Now
- Assist in documentation management.
- Assisting the Director by working with the business in the activities of integrating with the SIAM services.
- Assisting in co-ordination and alignment between the transition of replacement and disengagement of current arrangements.

The successful **ServiceNow/ITSM Specialists **will have experience in the following:

- Experience in multiple disciplines of Service Management
- An understanding of operational systems including compute, cloud, networks, storage etc.
- Operational experience in at least 2 Service Management disciplines
- Minimum 2 years’ experience using and/or implementing Service Now
- Experience in implementing and/or working within a SIAM model
