Program Lead - SIAM Services

We are seeking an experienced Program Lead with expertise in Service Integration and Management (SIAM) to oversee the delivery of complex SIAM service programs. This role is critical in providing governance, driving strategic transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration across service providers, and delivering measurable outcomes aligned with business objectives.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, aligning scope, timelines, and resources with strategic business objectives.
  • This individual will lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale hybrid SIAM service delivery and managed services.
  • They will drive transformation initiatives to enhance SIAM services.
  • Responsibilities include defining and managing program scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Implement and manage SIAM frameworks to manage multi-supplier environments.
  • Establish governance models, service integration processes, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure alignment between retained IT, service providers, and business units.
  • Foster executive steering committees and program boards.
  • Monitor service performance, SLAs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Drive incident, problem, and change management across integrated services.
  • Encourage service excellence by identifying opportunities for innovation, process optimization, and capability uplift across the delivery ecosystem.
  • Maintain adherence to regulatory, contractual, and security requirements, particularly in public sector or defence contexts.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks, ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and security requirements.

About You:

  • You must have current minimum NV1 clearance, and current Australian Citizenship.
  • 10+ years in program or portfolio management within IT services or consulting.
  • Proven experience delivering SIAM-based service models in complex environments.
  • A strong understanding of ITIL, COBIT, and service management best practices.
  • Experience working with Defence.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL Expert, SIAM Foundation/Professional, PMP/Prince2) preferred.
