ITSM/SIAM Project Positions

We're seeking high-calibre individuals to fill a range of ITSM/SIAM project roles within the national intelligence community. The successful candidates will possess strong knowledge and experience in ITSM products, preferably ServiceNow.

Available Roles
  • IT Configuration Specialist
  • IT Asset Manager
  • Incident and Problem Resolution Manager
  • Change and Release Coordinator
  • Knowledge Base Manager
  • IT Governance Lead (NV1 level clearance)

The ideal candidates will be based across Australia, with a strong preference for Canberra. A TSPV security clearance is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the configuration of IT systems and services
  • Manage IT assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Identify and resolve IT incidents and problems in a timely manner
  • Coordinate change and release activities to minimize disruption
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge bases
  • Provide governance support and guidance to the team

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge and experience in ITSM products, preferably ServiceNow
  • TSPV security clearance
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
