The Opportunity

A great short-term opportunity to join a supportive finance team and take ownership of end-to-end AP. You'll be the go-to person for invoice accuracy, supplier communication, and ensuring payment and reconciliation processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable Operations

  • Process high-volume invoices with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Manage coding, approvals and payment scheduling
  • Maintain organised AP records and support smooth daily operations

Supplier & Stakeholder Support

  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and respond to queries
  • Set up and maintain vendor details, ensuring compliance and accuracy
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies

Reconciliation & Compliance

  • Reconcile statements and assist with month-end tasks
  • Support audit requirements by preparing documentation
  • Follow financial processes, escalating any irregularities

About You

  • Previous experience in Accounts Payable or similar finance role
  • Strong accuracy and data-entry skills
  • Confident communicator who enjoys problem-solving
  • Good understanding of GST and basic accounting principles
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
