solution across a major health organisation in Melbourne, helping to strengthen security and streamline access for thousands of users?

This role offers the opportunity to drive a critical enterprise initiative that enhances security, governance, and user experience across a complex health environment. You'll work with a talented cross-functional team and play a key part in shaping how identity is managed across the group.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the IDAM Implementation:
    Manage end-to-end delivery of the Identity & Access Management program, from planning to rollout and adoption.
  • Drive Collaboration:
    Coordinate across cybersecurity, infrastructure, HR, and clinical operations to align objectives and deliver a seamless implementation.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
    Engage with technology partners and internal stakeholders to ensure requirements, timelines, and budgets are met.
  • Governance & Reporting:
    Provide structured updates, risk registers, and decision papers for steering committees and executive sponsors.
  • Change Enablement:
    Ensure that new systems and processes are effectively embedded across teams through clear communication and training.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience managing
    Identity & Access Management (IDAM)
    projects.
  • Strong background in
    project delivery methodologies
    (Agile, PRINCE2, or hybrid).
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and vendors within large, regulated, or health sector environments.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is highly regarded.
