About the Position:
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager – Property Management to join our client in Mosman Park. This full-time, permanent position is ideal for a confident communicator who thrives on building relationships, generating leads, and growing a property management portfolio. The role offers stability, autonomy, and the chance to be part of a well-regarded, professional agency.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through networking and relationship building.
- Convert inbound enquiries and sales leads into new managements.
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new landlords and properties.
- Prepare and present tailored property management proposals.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and secure cross-department opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system for all leads and activity.
- Meet or exceed monthly KPI targets (minimum 10 new managements per month).
- Attend internal meetings, training sessions, and client events.
- Ensure all work complies with legislation and agency standards.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience in Business Development, Property Management, or Real Estate Sales.
- Current WA Sales Registration Certificate (or ability to obtain).
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Confident using CRM and Microsoft Office software.
- Professional presentation and client-focused approach.
- Current WA Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
