Casual Cert III and Diploma Educators

We are currently seeking amazing Educators to join the casual pool at our award-winning Early Childhood service in Orange, NSW

Our Ideal Candidate Will Meet the Following Selection Criteria:

• Interest in and/or passion for the RIE approach
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Inclusive of others and brings a positive attitude every day
• Ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
• Open to our innovative and unique way of programming and practice
• Enthusiastic, dedicated and reliable professional who is relentless in the pursuit of excellence for children and willing to grow with our service
• Ability and motivation to build and foster positive relationships and meaningful connections with colleagues, families, children, and the wider community.

Essential Criteria:

• Valid NSW Working With Children Check
• Understanding of contemporary child safe practices
• Flexible availability across the week during service operational days and hours
• ACECQA approved Cert III and/or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or working towards either qualification, depending on experience, and capacity. Please note: degree qualified Teachers are not required and therefore not being considered at this time
• Current relevant First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates, Food Safety and Child Protection training with a recognised course code for Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk (or willing to obtain/refresh).
