Full time or part time (minimum 3 days) Early Childhood Educators, Diploma or Cert 3 qualified for our Beacon Hill service.

Service owned and run for over 20 years with family-passionate owners and staff. Intimate 40 place centre on the grounds of Beacon Hill Public School.

What would your day look like?

As a dedicated Diploma or Cert 3 Educator you will be responsible for:

  • Being attentive and responsive to individual children's needs
  • Providing a child safe environment
  • Working alongside team members to plan and implement the program for children's development
  • Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment
  • Keeping records of children's progress, routines and interests
  • Ensuring compliance with routines, policies, processes and practices

Skills and experience

We're looking for candidates who are passionate about children, about being creative, happy, fun and who love what they do

Candidates ideally have:

  • Great communication skills
  • A commitment to child safety and our child safe culture
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high quality care
  • Current Working with Children check required. First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, Child Protection, Food Handling preferred.
