Job Description
About the role
We are seeking an experienced and people-focused leader to join our team as an Operation Superintendent. Reporting to the Operation Manager, you will lead a team of supervisors, frontline employees and contractors to ensure the safe, efficient and sustainable operation and maintenance of our terminal facilities for our customers.

This role is key to ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental standards, optimising terminal capacity and resource utilisation, and fostering a collaborative, service-oriented culture focused on continuous improvement.

  • Exceptional leadership with a focus on safety, operational performance and team engagement.
  • Proven ability to manage complex operations and lead teams in a 24/7 environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the business.
  • A track record of driving continuous improvement and managing change effectively
  • Commercial acumen, including experience managing budgets, resources, contracts, and performance metrics
  • Relevant qualifications in business, leadership, engineering, or a related field (highly regarded)
