**About the Role**

The fundamental objective of this role is to deliver equipment performance necessary to achieve operational targets. The role adds value by sustaining the maintenance process and continuously improving the productivity and effectiveness of the department maintenance teams to support overall plant performance.

Reporting to the Manager - Carbon, your responsibilities include:

- Lead, engage and develop teams and culture that continues to improve performance
- EHS performance of the teams
- Delivery of equipment performance
- Develop and maintain positive and supportive relationships with the production department
- Strategic development and implementation of business plans
- Analysis and modification of maintenance strategies
- Budget and cost management
- Actively drive continuous improvement

**About you;**
To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills, experience and attributes;
- Extensive exposure to maintenance management systems within an industrial environment
- Background in team development and people management
- Strategic planning and development experience
- Ability to communicate at all organisational levels
- Experience in utilising problem solving techniques and project management skills
- Formal Leadership training or Postgraduate Business qualifications will be highly regarded
- Proven experience in driving initiative and implementing change
- Commitment to demonstrating our Values of Teamwork, Achieve, Care
