Client Services Manager (CSM) - we are seeking a dedicated Client Services Manager to continue providing our quality cleaning services to our clients.

This is a full-time role based in the Hunter Valley NSW.

Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to -

  • Successfully managing the delivery of our cleaning services and the teams that complete this to meet our clients' requirements over multiple sites in the Hunter Valley
  • Managing your time efficiently and effectively to fulfil your duties over multiple client sites and travel between sites
  • Ensuring client satisfaction and KPI's are met
  • Liaising with the team on site, supervisors, managers and support teams
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Promote and deliver a high standard of Health and Safety compliance
  • Adhere to and educate the team on Strike Force Services policies and procedures
  • Identify gaps and provide advice and support
  • Develop on-site procedures, establish and ensure standards are reached and track performance
  • Continuous improvement including ongoing training, development and support of employees
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits
  • Reporting and administrative requirements including rosters, time sheets, toolbox talks, etc. where required

To be considered for this role, we require the following from you -

  • Qualifications in leadership and management
  • Proven management skills and experience in a commercial/industrial environment
  • Commercial cleaning knowledge and experience would be advantageous
  • Risk management skills and experience
  • Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Highly developed communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, be pro-active and self-motivated
  • Have a high-quality standard and be hands on
  • Motivation and passion for your work performance, the results you deliver and development
  • Reliable, approachable and adaptable
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Current Manual Drivers Licence
  • Successfully pass a full medical including drug and alcohol testing. We have a zero tolerance for drugs and alcohol and testing of this is ongoing throughout employment.
