Agile Project Manager - Voice / Risk Initiatives

The Assignment:

FinXL is seeking a robust Agile Project Manager to join our practice, and deliver a portfolio of product and risk programs within a major enterprise telecommunications environment. This is a hands-on contract role blending agile and traditional project management, requiring excellent stakeholder engagement, financial control, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

This contract offers the opportunity to lead 3-4 concurrent programs, balancing delivery of a large voice product integration alongside multiple regulatory and risk-driven projects. You'll be responsible for program schedules, financials, and stakeholder engagement at all levels, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and to compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver concurrent projects across voice, risk, and regulatory initiatives.
  • Drive a new voice product build, overseeing billing, reporting, and middleware integration.
  • Lead a portfolio of risk remediation projects, addressing compliance obligations.
  • Apply agile practices (Scrum, squads, Jira) while managing budgets and schedules.
  • Partner with diverse stakeholders across technology, networks, operations, legal, and privacy.
  • Report on risks, dependencies, and program progress to executive level.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience as a Project Manager / Agile Delivery Manager in enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on expertise with Agile and hybrid methodologies, including Jira.
  • Telecommunications / MSP / enterprise voice project background preferred.
  • Experience in risk, regulatory, and compliance delivery.
  • Track record with middleware, or 3rd party product integration.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, able to influence at senior executive level.
  • Financial management capability (budgeting, forecasting, reporting).
