The Position

We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Project Management Office on the Sunshine Coast. This role is pivotal in working with executive leaders, operational managers, and end users to identify and develop solutions that optimise efficiencies and support organisational goals. You'll be part of various project teams, applying your expertise in the solution delivery lifecycle to improve processes and systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business processes and software requirements.
  • Translating business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Supporting system implementation and change projects with technical expertise.
  • Applying data analytics to recommend process improvements.
  • Documenting processes (as-is and to-be) and creating traceable business requirements.
  • Delivering training and supporting SMEs for system and software use.

We're after someone who

  • Holds a tertiary qualification in Business, IT, Accounting or related discipline.
  • Has at least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Is proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint; SharePoint and MS Project advantageous).
  • Builds effective relationships and communicates clearly across diverse teams.
