Qualifications & experience

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree desirable.
  • Sales experience in Dental industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success.
  • Orthodontic product and process experience is highly desired.
  • Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Time management prioritisation skills.
  • IT proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & virtual meeting platforms.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Based in either Brisbane or Gold Coast
  • Regional and overnight interstate travel required.
  • Weekend and after hours conferences as required.
  • Meet & exceed assigned targets by identifying, qualifying, converting & retaining Orthodontic business.
  • Utilise strategic selling skills and a collaborative approach to build relationships and understand customers business goals and needs.
  • Complete territory analysis and planning to prioritise business opportunities.
