Now, we're looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant to support us during an exciting phase of growth and transformation. You'll play a key role in supporting our sales teams with administrative tasks, while also helping bring our brand to life through basic design and promotional work. There will enjoy lots of variety and a supportive team environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
Sales Administration Support (Approx. 70%)
- Assist the sales team with presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Manage shared inboxes and respond to client queries promptly.
- Process purchase orders and requisitions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain and update client and pricing data in our ERP systems (eg. SAP).
- Coordinate trade shows, conferences, and client engagement events.
- Manage the Healthcare master calendar to ensure visibility of key events and campaigns.
Marketing & Graphic Design (Approx. 30%)
- Create content for social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
- Manage digital marketing channels including LinkedIn and email campaigns.
- Design brochures, pitch decks, and digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications and marketing materials.
- Track and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to develop creative concepts aligned with strategic goals.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in B2B marketing and graphic design.
- Experience in creating purchase orders or similar administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strategic mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.
- A can-do attitude and a proactive, customer-focused approach.
