We're on the hunt for a food and hospitality loving legend We are looking for someone who is keen to jump in with us three days a week. Good attitude, passion, experience working with a small team and eagerness to learn more Good knowledge of Italian cuisine and fresh pasta is a plus.

Paski Vineria Popolare restaurant has two floors and is an Italian wine bar located in Darlinghurst.

Downstairs is more of a wine bar and upstairs offers a more classic style of service.

Our menu focuses on fresh pasta and local ingredients.

We have a small team and change the menu often to stay with what's in season.

We are looking to add an experienced Chef to our growing team.

We are looking for someone that has experience cooking Italian, is responsible and professional.

The position will be for 3 days a week midday until close (10:30-11pm).

The restaurant is open Monday until Saturday. Closed on Sundays.

We often have events and can offer an extra shift when they pop up.
