Business Development Manager (Horticulture)
to lead the charge in the Darling Downs region.

What You'll Do:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to expand our horticultural customer base.
  • Building strong relationships with growers, resellers, and distributors.
  • Providing technical advice and product support to ensure customers get the best outcomes.
  • Identifying new opportunities, markets, and partnerships to drive growth.
  • Collaborating closely with our Product Development and Technical teams to bring customer feedback to life.

What You'll Bring:

  • Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, or related field.
  • 10+ years' experience in horticulture, irrigation, or agricultural sales.
  • Proven record in business development or territory sales roles.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage customer relationships end to end.
  • Self-driven, with a hands-on attitude and a passion for the industry.
  • Based in Toowoomba, Gatton, or the Darling Downs region, with flexibility to travel.
