Hours: Flexible – ideally 4 days per week (open to negotiation)

Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 per year (full-time equivalent, dependent on experience)

Part-time options available.

About The Role

As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for new patients. You'll:

  • Welcome patients and guide them through their first appointment
  • Explain orthodontic treatment options in clear, friendly language
  • Support patients to make informed decisions about starting treatment
  • Coordinate payment plans and treatment start logistics
  • Work closely with our orthodontists and admin team to make the process smooth and positive

What We're Looking For:

  • Sales or customer service experience
  • Friendly, professional communication style
  • Organised, reliable, and confident with technology
  • A genuine interest in helping people and building relationships
  • Proven track record of meeting goals or KPIs (preferred)
  • Relevant study or qualifications in business, communications, or health (advantageous but not essential)
