Chadwick Lawyers is a plaintiff personal injury firm.

We are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join our small team on a casual basis.

Extensive experience in plaintiff personal injury, including both motor vehicle and workers compensation, is essential for this role.

Maintaining diaries; opening new matters; dictation and correspondence; preparation and collation of documentation; document management including printing and collating subpoenaed material; managing the online registry for District Court & Supreme Court matters; managing the Personal Injury Commission portal for MVA & WC matters; preparation of matters for pre-trial conferences, status conferences, and directions hearings; arranging medical appointments and travel; liaising with Barristers and their assistants; preparation of briefs; preparation of matters for ISC, for mediation, and for hearing in the District Court & Supreme Court, and for assessment in the Personal Injury Commission.

Work 2 to 3 days per week on a casual basis.
