Administration Assistant – Full Time
Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Maryborough, QLD Australia
Alert Smoke Alarm Compliance is a locally owned business providing smoke alarm compliance, inspections, and servicing across the Fraser Coast and surrounding regions. We are seeking a reliable and organised Administration Assistant to join our busy team.
This role is essential in supporting our technicians, liaising with property managers and landlords, and ensuring our compliance processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:- Answering phone calls and responding to email enquiries from clients and property managers
- Scheduling and coordinating technician appointments
- Data entry and maintaining client records in our job management system
- Preparing and sending invoices and compliance documentation
- Supporting the operations team with day-to-day administration tasks
- Providing excellent customer service with a professional, friendly manner
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident in prioritising and managing multiple tasks at once
- Competent with Emails & Microsoft Office and willing to learn new systems
- Experience with AroFlo and/or Our Property (Our Tradie) software is an advantage, but not essential
- Experience in real estate or compliance administration is an advantage but not essential
- Positive, reliable, and proactive attitude
- A full-time role in a supportive and growing local business
