- Keep resident information systems (e.g. Epicor) accurate and up to date.

- Support delivery of the lifestyle and activity calendar under the guidance of the Resident Services Coordinator and in collaboration with the Events and Hospitality teams.
- Assist with transport, guidance, and attendance support for residents attending events within the village.

- Assist residents with practical day-to-day support (e.g. deliveries, accessing amenities), referring to the appropriate team when necessary.
Problem Solving & Team Collaboration
- Assist in identifying and resolving low-complexity operational issues raised by residents.
- Escalate more complex matters to the Resident Services Coordinator or appropriate department.
What you'll bring
You are a highly motivated Customer Service focussed professional with a passion for people. Your ability to engage, communicate, and drive results will be key to success in this role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and professional manner.
- Customer-focused mindset with a desire to support older people with dignity and respect.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Confidence using technology including Microsoft Office, phone apps, digital displays, and resident management systems.
- Problem-solving ability and initiative in daily operations.
- Warm, adaptable, and team-oriented approach
- Experience in customer service, reception, or administrative roles (aged care or hospitality sector desirable).
