Administration & Communication

  • Maintain reception and admin processes including mail handling, room bookings, phone and email management, and recordkeeping.
  • Keep resident information systems (e.g. Epicor) accurate and up to date.

Lifestyle & Event Support

  • Support delivery of the lifestyle and activity calendar under the guidance of the Resident Services Coordinator and in collaboration with the Events and Hospitality teams.
  • Assist with transport, guidance, and attendance support for residents attending events within the village.

Resident Support

  • Work alongside the Bus Drivers to provide safe and courteous transport for residents and guests around the village, including during events or in response to resident needs.
  • Assist residents with practical day-to-day support (e.g. deliveries, accessing amenities), referring to the appropriate team when necessary.

Problem Solving & Team Collaboration

  • Assist in identifying and resolving low-complexity operational issues raised by residents.
  • Escalate more complex matters to the Resident Services Coordinator or appropriate department.

What you'll bring

You are a highly motivated Customer Service focussed professional with a passion for people. Your ability to engage, communicate, and drive results will be key to success in this role.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and professional manner.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a desire to support older people with dignity and respect.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Confidence using technology including Microsoft Office, phone apps, digital displays, and resident management systems.
  • Problem-solving ability and initiative in daily operations.
  • Warm, adaptable, and team-oriented approach
  • Experience in customer service, reception, or administrative roles (aged care or hospitality sector desirable).
