You'll be operating within a proven business model, supported by training, mentorship, and a high-level global team with dedicated members across Europe, the United States, and Australia. You'll collaborate with purpose-led peers who value growth, integrity, and personal excellence, while building a business that reflects your vision and goals.

The Role

• Create and manage social media campaigns across multiple platforms to generate inbound enquiries (training provided)
• Engage with leads via social media, phone, and Zoom — no cold calling
• Conduct interviews to identify qualified candidates suited to our business model (training provided)
• Apply our proven business systems and digital tools to streamline operations and drive results
• Provide follow-up and guidance as prospects explore our products and opportunities
• Mentor and onboard new team members remotely
• Participate in live virtual training sessions and community calls up to 3 times per week
• Work independently and flexibly, while staying connected to a high-level global support network
• Commit to ongoing learning, coaching, and personal growth
