Join our dynamic, team as a Remote Marketing Specialist, where your creativity and strategic thinking will drive impactful marketing campaigns. This opportunity allows you to create your own online business, but with the support of a mentor and team. You will play a crucial role in leveraging your expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and performance analysis. Please note that the pay is entirely dependent on your sales commission, and there is no guaranteed income IF no sales are made in your organisation. Alternatively, there is no cap on how many sales you make, therefore your commission is uncapped. What You'll Do

  • Invest into a 52yo wellness company to secure distribution rights to their high-ticket products.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive multichannel marketing strategies.
  • Optimise content for search engines (SEO) to enhance visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Manage social media marketing efforts across various platforms, creating engaging content that resonates with our audience.
  • Collaborate with your team to align product management and sales strategies with marketing goals.
  • Conduct thorough markets research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Participate in weekly training calls & mentorship development sessions.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team environment where we win together.
  • Develop skills in storytelling, sales psychology, and digital marketing strategy.
  • Work autonomously while still being part of a community that supports your growth.

Basic Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Strong communication skills + willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable using social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Instagram/TikTok content creation
  • Self-motivated and proactive.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of sales and marketing psychology.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and techniques.
  • Proven ability in copywriting that captivates target audiences.
