The Role:

Millennium have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and reliable Cleaning Leading Hand to become part of our team at Warriewood Square

This is a great opportunity for an experienced cleaner to oversee and support the day-to-day operations of the site.

Roster:

Tuesday - 7:00 am to 15:30

Wednesday - 7:00 am to 15:30

Or

Wednesday - 7:00 am to 15:30

Thursday - 7:00 am to 15:30

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a small team of cleaners to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Oversee and partake in day-to-day cleaning operations the center
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and cleaning protocols
  • Report issues or maintenance needs to management promptly
  • Follow shopping center cleaning rotations
  • Empty and sanitize bins

About You:

  • Retail experience highly regarded
  • Ability to lead by example and motivate a team.

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Reliable, professional, and client-focused

  • Ability to work flexible hours and public holidays when required.

You must have valid work rights in Australia.
