Make everyone in Australia and New Zealand fall even more in love with their nutritious and delicious products through fantastic storytelling for the moments that matter in life, keeping you looking and more importantly feeling great

**Key responsibilities**
- Supporting the Brand Manager in managing the entire end to end brand strategy across ATL, BTL and Digital activities
- Contribute toward creating and setting the entire marketing mix using actionable insights for New Product Development, Packaging, Pricing and Promotion initiatives
- Assisting in building and nurturing and long lasting relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally across Quality Control, Insights and Innovation, NPD and agencies
- Help drive business growth and brand equity across all channels TV, radio, outdoor, press, digital, social and events

**What you need to be successful**
- 2-5 years of marketing experience with a caring and positive attitude/mindset balancing a nurturing and collaborative approach to hitting key brand objectives
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business or similar
- A background in FMCG/Retail/B2C Product or agency side is desirable as long as you have the right attitude of positivity and getting things done
- An adaptable and flexible nature and ability to influence key stakeholders to enjoy positive business outcomes
- Exceptional communication and project management skills are an absolute must in this fun and fast paced role
