Supply Chain Change Lead

A key project is the work we will do in the coming years to optimise our Supply Chain and create a dynamic Asia-centric Supply Chain to support our growth ambition in this critical region.

With dual reporting to the Transformation Office Change Director and Supply Chain Program Manager, the Supply Chain Change Lead is pivotal in leading change management activities for the program of work to optimise our supply chain. This role will ensure that Supply Chain change initiatives are effectively managed and delivered across all project workstreams, with a focus on maximising adoption, mitigating resistance, and achieving desired outcomes and benefits to enable a successful transition.

We are looking to hire someone as an employee, on a min. 2 year salaried fixed-term contract.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategy and plans for Supply Chain optimisation, aligned with overall program objectives, project plans and the organisational culture.
- Identify, monitor and escalate program and workstream change risks and associated mitigation actions.
- In collaboration with Change Director, Transformation Communications Lead and project leads, develop and deliver a comprehensive communication and engagement strategy.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for project change initiatives.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders and CoE leads to ensure that project change initiatives are integrated with other business processes and initiatives.
- Create and manage measurement systems to track program change impact, change readiness and success and provide feedback and recommendations to the project team and senior stakeholders.

**Who are you?**
- Extensive experience leading multi-workstream change projects across manufacturing and logistics environments, ideally from within FMCG, Food & Beverage or Health Manufacturing
- Effectively influences at all levels of business
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices
- Hands-on, willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in
- Advanced understanding of change methodologies and how implementing systems and processes into a manufacturing environment changes the way it operates
- Thrives in an ambiguous, ever-changing environment
