About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration / Accounts Officer to support the Community Options Manager with day-to-day operations. This role involves assisting with data preparation and reporting, coordinating clerical staff development, and ensuring accurate financial processes that reflect Community Options service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Support monthly client invoicing, input invoices, and reconcile DC2Vue diaries
- Assist with the preparation and data entry of reporting requirements for Commonwealth and State funding
- Process ARM/Epicor orders and maintain accurate records
- Liaise with clients and service providers to resolve issues related to routine transactions
- Contribute as a valued member of a multidisciplinary team delivering person-centred care
Essential
Skills & Experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn internal systems
- Qualification in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
Desirable
- Experience in financial management
- Familiarity with systems such as ARM/Epicor, DCE, iPM, and Bossnet
- Previous experience in the healthcare sector
