Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
  • Manage and support the admin team, including recruitment, training, rostering, and performance
  • Build strong relationships with doctors, nurses, patients, and external partners
  • Streamline and enhance systems, policies, and procedures to improve service delivery
  • Monitor budgets, billing, and financial performance
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and regulations
  • Contribute to strategic planning and growth of the practice
