What You'll Do

As part of our team, you'll:

  • Manage a file load of parenting, property, and domestic violence matters.
  • Conduct strategic client consultations and provide practical advice.
  • Draft and review legal documents including Consent Orders, Binding Financial Agreements, and Court Applications.
  • Appear in Family and Domestic Violence Courts.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the continued success of the firm.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing family law files independently.
  • A current Queensland Practising Certificate (or eligibility to obtain one).
  • Strong drafting, advocacy, and client relationship skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence.
  • A genuine passion for family law and client care.
