About the Role

We're on the hunt for an Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our Woolloongabba team full-time. This is a fantastic chance to step into a leadership role where you'll support the Kitchen Manager in running daily operations, while also helping your team deliver consistently high-quality food and service.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assisting the Kitchen Manager with the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
  • Enforcing strict food safety and hygiene practices
  • Leading, supervising, and motivating kitchen staff to keep things running efficiently
  • Training and developing team members to help them grow
  • Working closely with the Front of House team to deliver an outstanding customer experience

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years' experience in a kitchen management or supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations
  • Great communication and leadership skills to inspire your team
  • The ability to stay calm and positive under pressure
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and commitment to exceptional customer service
  • An eye for detail and a drive to always improve
