About the role

As a Showroom Sales Consultant at Regal Concept Design, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales within our state-of-the-art showroom located in Osborne Park, WA. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional to showcase their product knowledge and consultative selling skills to help our customers find the perfect plumbing solutions for their homes.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and preferences
  2. Demonstrate and showcase our premium product selection, highlighting the unique features and benefits
  3. Close sales effectively by guiding customers through the purchasing process and ensuring a seamless experience
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range, pricing, and promotions
  5. Collaborate with the wider team to achieve individual and collective sales targets
  6. Contribute to creating a welcoming and visually appealing showroom environment

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the plumbing industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers
  3. Strong product knowledge and a keen eye for design and interior styling
  4. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  5. Confident in using computerised systems and point-of-sale technology
  6. Enthusiastic, self-motivated and eager to learn and grow within the role
