Summary

The Mind Body Practice is expanding its psychological services in Bella Vista.

We are currently seeking an experienced Psychologist to step into the role of Clinical Team Leader to help guide and support our outstanding clinical team. We offer a supportive working environment, with consulting options ranging from two days per week to full time, at our conveniently located office in Bella Vista near the Norwest Business Park. We welcome applications from Senior Clinicians ready to take on a leadership role.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision and first-line clinical support to all practice clinicians
  • Lead and coordinate professional development activities, including training days and peer supervision
  • Support clinician retention, morale, and team cohesion through quarterly events and culture initiatives
  • Deliver evidence-based psychological assessment, intervention, and case management
  • Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and contribute to clinical documentation and reporting
  • Assist with recruitment, induction, and mentoring of new team members
  • Lead or contribute to practice quality improvement, marketing activities, and strategic projects

Application Criteria:

  • Full AHPRA registration, Clinical endorsement preferred
  • Board-approved supervisor status or eligibility to obtain
  • Eligibility to register as a Medicare provider
  • Strong clinical experience across a range of mental health conditions
  • Demonstrated leadership, supervision, and team-building experience
  • Excellent communication skills and capacity to build rapport quickly
  • Previous private practice experience desirable (training can be provided)
