Receptionist – Part Time (Fridays & Saturdays)

We are seeking a warm, polished and detail-oriented Clinic Receptionist to join a leading cosmetic clinic located in Bella Vista.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for client care, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to deliver a seamless experience from the moment clients enter the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients with professionalism and warmth, ensuring every visit feels welcoming and personalised.
• Manage bookings and daily schedules across multiple practitioners.
• Handle phone and email enquiries efficiently while maintaining a high standard of client service.
• Process payments, manage deposits, and maintain accurate client records.
• Support the team with general administrative duties and stock management.
• Ensure the reception area and clinic remain impeccably presented at all times.
• Requirements
• Previous experience in customer service and administration (clinic, salon or spa background highly regarded).
• Proficiency in booking systems – Zenoti experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, multitasking and time management skills.
• Well presented and professional, with strong attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of skin treatments and cosmetic injectables is desirable to assist with client enquiries.

This is a part-time position (2 days per week) with the opportunity to grow within a respected and established cosmetic clinic.
