Bella Vista, New South Wales, Australia Learning Links Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

When a child believes in themselves, everything changes. Be part of that change.

At Learning Links, we help children who find learning hard, and we help them rediscover confidence, joy, and belief in their own abilities. Behind every child who struggles, there's often a quiet story of frustration, worry, and lost confidence. As a Psychology Team Leader, you'll help to rewrite these stories by supporting our talented team to deliver life-changing wellbeing outcomes for children and families.

You'll be one of two Psychology Team Leaders, guiding a passionate team of provisional and registered psychologists who deliver assessments, and individual and group interventions, for children and families across schools and service centres. Our services span NDIS, Medicare, and a range of funded and fee-for-service programs, giving you the opportunity to lead within a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.

Your leadership will help nurture a culture built on compassion, clinical excellence, and connection, where families feel supported, children flourish, and psychologists continue to learn and grow.

This is a role for an experienced psychologist who values both clinical excellence and people leadership. You'll balance a small, meaningful caseload with time to coach, supervise, and strengthen your team. Working closely with the Executive Manager, Psychology and Operations Manager, Psychology, you'll play a key part in developing a service that's trusted, trauma-informed, and built on evidence-based care.

This is a full-time permanent role, we are open to part-time four days per week. We have office locations at Bella Vista, Alexandria, Liverpool, Gledswood Hills and Peakhurst.

What you'll do

  • Lead and mentor a team of provisional and registered psychologists.
  • Foster a reflective, collaborative team culture that prioritises wellbeing and outcomes.
  • Provide clinical oversight, supervision, and professional development.
  • Contribute to service design and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a manageable caseload to stay connected to the clinical work that matters.
  • Shape caseloads that balance client needs with your team's growth, ensuring meaningful, diverse, and sustainable workloads.
  • Help shape a service where care is personal, children feel safe, and progress is celebrated.

What you'll love about Learning Links

  • A warm, inclusive culture built on inclusion, compassion and shared purpose.
  • Leadership development pathways and tailored clinical supervision.
  • Flexibility to shape your work week and balance your commitments, with a minimum of 4-days per week.
  • The opportunity to see your leadership directly change children's lives.

About you

  • Registered Psychologist (AHPRA), with an area of endorsement (desirable but not essential).
  • Experience mentoring or supervising psychologists, with AHPRA Board-approved Supervisor status highly regarded.
  • Strong clinical skills in cognitive and neurodevelopmental assessments (desirable).
  • Passion for evidence-based, trauma-informed, and strengths-focused practice that supports children's wellbeing.
  • Confidence in leading peer supervision and clinical reflection.
  • Desires to maintain a small, purposeful caseload aligned with your expertise and career goals
  • Values collaboration, empathy, and clinical excellence

This is a career-defining opportunity to lead a team, shape lives, and be part of something truly meaningful.
