Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee cargo handling, ramp operations, and general airport activities.
  • Ensure smooth and timely execution of operational tasks.
  • Provide administrative and office support as needed.
  • Act as a representative of the airline, supervising operations carried out by partner companies.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as required, including ad hoc tasks and multitasking assignments.

Profile

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Japanese language skills are a plus, but not essential.
  • Genuine interest in Japan, its culture, or language is essential.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven and collaborative team player.
  • Prior experience in a similar airline or airport operations role is highly valued.

  • Flexible to work shifts:

  • Flight days: 15:00 - 23:00

  • Non-flight days: 9:00 - 17:00 or 10:00 - 18:00
