Seeking a talented and dedicated Mechanic to join the skilled team at Ultimate Automotive in Lake Macquarie NSW. We have full-time and part-time roles available. You will play a crucial part in maintaining and repairing a range of vehicles to the highest industry standards.

Full-time role is four and a half (4 ½) days, thirty-eight (38) hour week. Leaving you a two and a half (2 ½) day weekend, every week.

Part-time role is three (3) days, Tuesday to Thursday.

What you'll be doing

· Carry out scheduled maintenance and servicing on a variety of vehicles

· Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues

· Maintain detailed records of all work completed

· Continually develop your skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry advancements

· Ensure all work is carried out in a timely and efficient manner

· Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations

· Provide exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

· Relevant trade qualification in Automotive Mechanics

· Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a qualified Mechanic

· Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

· Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work

· Effective communication skills to liaise with customers and team members

· A genuine passion for the automotive industry

· AIS is desired but not essential

· Someone who can work autonomously
