We are seeking a proactive and organised Administration Assistant to support our busy land surveying team in Bunbury. This part-time role offers flexibility and variety, ideal for someone looking to work in a professional yet down-to-earth environment. In an important role, you will be the first point of contact for our Bunbury Office assisting with front of house responsibilities. Your attention to detail will be essential in maintaining office databases and electronic filing systems. Working closely with our surveyors, office administration team, clients and suppliers, you will provide day-to-day administrative support that maintains systems to ensure effective and efficient daily operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails.

  • Providing general office administration support to the broader team.

  • Scheduling and job tracking support for field staff.

  • Liaising directly with clients, suppliers and contractors to ensure strong communication and contributing to project outcomes.

  • Data entry and document preparation.

  • Updating equipment registers and safety documentation.

  • Assisting with ISO compliance and staff records.

What we're looking for:
  • Previous experience in an administration role (experience in construction/surveying preferred but not essential).

  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication – both written and verbal.

  • Comfortable working independently and managing priorities.

  • Confident with Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems.
