We're seeking a candidate ready to embrace new challenges and accelerate their career As a IT Support Engineer, you'll collaborate closely with a team of skilled Engineers, reporting directly to the IT Manager. Your role will include providing remote and on-site support to clients, managing a dispatched calendar, and working towards KPIs that uphold our platinum-level service standards.

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate has:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Level 1 IT support role, with strong knowledge of IT technologies for SMBs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A friendly, outgoing personality and the ability to think laterally to resolve complex issues.
  • A knack for learning new technologies quickly and thriving under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective time management and a solutions-focused mindset.

You'll also enjoy the occasional opportunity to work on exciting projects in regional areas and interstate, so a love of travel is essential.

Technical Requirements

  • Experience with Windows desktop suite, Microsoft Office, and desktop hardware.
  • Desirable: Familiarity with Service Management Tools, networking (WAN, VPN, firewalls, TCP/IP), and Microsoft 365 Administration.

Essential Requirements:

  • Australian residency or citizenship.
  • A valid driver's licence.
