Are you passionate about transforming information into actionable knowledge? We're seeking an experienced
Knowledge Management Lead
to drive continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration across our organisation.
In this role, you'll take ownership of our knowledge management framework creating, refining, and maintaining knowledge assets that empower teams, enhance decision-making, and strengthen operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Creation and publication of Knowledge objects
- Identifying and implementing changes to the knowledge process
- Identifying exceptions and deviations, as well as management of these situations
- Communicating new and changed policies
- Identifying and implementing process improvement
- Creating, analyzing and distributing process reports
- Notifying the participants in the process when standards and procedures are not being followed
- Establishment of measurements and targets to improve knowledge effectiveness and efficiency
- Responsible for evaluating the knowledge performance of the process
- Refine, organize and store knowledge using structured repositories
- Distribute and share the knowledge through training programs, portal and brainstorming sessions
- Manage knowledge effectively at a service line, individual and team level
- Responsible for harvesting knowledge, ideas generated - Responsible for submitting to the Knowledge Base Owner·
- Able to identify and critically assess the value of knowledge in the organization
- Aware of how the new communications, collaboration and information technologies effectively support the KM processes
- Access, filter, analyse, accumulate, store, communicate and apply knowledge
- Communication, collaboration and information management technologies effectively to navigate the information and knowledge environment
Background:
- Proven and strong experience working in a Knowledge Manager or Lead role within a large and complex environment.
- Experience in evaluating and improving knowledge performance across processes.
- Proven ability to harvest, organize, and submit knowledge to centralized systems.
- Experience designing and delivering training programs.
- Ability to access, filter, analyze, and store large volumes of information.
- Ability to analyse digital tools to support KM processes.
- Ability to critically assess the value of knowledge assets.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
About You
- NV1 security clearance (mandatory) or above
- Proven experience in knowledge management, process improvement, or related fields
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify valuable knowledge assets and promote best practices
- Experience with collaboration and information management technologies
