About Us

Sydney Elements is a luxury nightclub & strip club located in the heart of Kings Cross. We deliver premium nightlife experiences, with DJs, dancers, VIP bottle service, and themed parties. We're expanding our events team and are looking for motivated and connected professionals to help us grow our bookings and host unforgettable nights.

The Role

We are seeking Events Managers, Party Planners, and Promoters to bring in and host events such as:


• Bucks parties


• Hens nights


• Corporate events & private functions


• Special celebrations & nightlife experiences

You will be the driving force behind generating new business, coordinating events, and ensuring clients have an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities


• Actively promote Sydney Elements to secure group bookings and events.


• Build and maintain strong client networks and relationships.


• Coordinate and host bucks, hens, and corporate parties.


• Work with our in-house team (dancers, DJs, and waitstaff) to deliver a premium experience.


• Represent Sydney Elements professionally and energetically in the nightlife industry.


• Meet targets for events and bookings.
