Join our passionate team supporting people with disability to achieve their career goals through the NDIS Employment Supports program. As a Career Mentor, you'll guide individuals from learning to earning by delivering personalised, strengths-based mentoring that builds confidence, skills, and pathways to employment. This is an in office and community based position. This is a casual role based in Hobart. Travel across the region will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate goal-setting and self-discovery sessions
- Co-create visual career plans with customers
- Deliver tailored learning experiences to build employment skills
- Connect customers with training, work experience, and job opportunities
- Provide ongoing mentoring and celebrate progress
What You'll Bring:
- Cert IV or higher in Employment Services, Disability, Community Services, or related field
- 2–3 years' experience in employment support or mentoring
- Understanding of inclusive employment and NDIS processes
- Strong relationship-building and digital planning skills
- Compliance-ready: NDIS Worker Clearance, Police Check, WWCC, Driver's Licence
