About The Role…
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of people with disability? As an
Engagement Consultant
at APM Futures, you'll play a vital role in connecting NDIS participants with meaningful employment and support services. You'll build strong community relationships, promote APM's services, and help participants achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote APM Futures services to NDIS participants, families, carers, and key community stakeholders to increase awareness and engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, schools, Support Coordinators, planners, and community organisations to drive referrals and support participant outcomes.
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred NDIS employment supports tailored to individual goals and aspirations.
  • Represent APM Futures at community expos, events, and forums to enhance visibility and attract new participants.
  • Manage and convert leads generated through APM's marketing channels and service centre into active participant engagements.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with local employers to identify and create inclusive employment opportunities aligned with participant needs.
  • Ensure all service delivery aligns with NDIS Practice Standards, legislative requirements, and APM's internal policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and case notes to support compliance, reporting, and continuous service improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in Community Services, Employment Services, or NDIS-related roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage caseloads.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and team collaboration.

To be considered, you will have...

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Have current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Willing to complete a Criminal History Check
  • Able to obtain a Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Able to successfully complete a NDIS Worker Orientation Module prior to commencement
  • Travel as required for service delivery and support of participants.
  • Available to work full time Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm
