**About the role**
The Holiday Relief Facility Manager would provide cover for our Facility Managers on leave at any of our five sites in Tasmania. The role is short term, covering leave of upto two months at a time.
Reporting to the CEO, you will:
- Provide the highest quality leadership and business expertise to the facility team, ensuring that the highest standards of contemporary consumer-directed care is provided to our residents.
- Have responsibility for day to day management of the site.
- Lead the integration of the OneCare values (Choice, Integrity, Compassion, Respect and Dignity) into practice.
- Ensure relevant strategies are in place to ensure compliance with accreditation outcomes.

**About you**
- Significant experience as a facility manager in residential care services including extensive knowledge of the aged care standards and legislative framework.
- A strong consumer focus
- High level leadership and conflict management skills.
- Ability to write reports and produce timely, clear and unambiguous written communication.
- A high level of self-motivation and positive outlook.
- High level written and verbal communication skills, and problem solving skills; including a capacity to consult and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (eg Nursing, Allied Health, Business, Management).
- COVID Vaccinations (or approved exemptions).
- National Police Clearance and Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People Check with NDIS endorsement (or willingness to obtain).
