About the Role
We're seeking a
Project Manager
to take ownership of client delivery across multiple AI and software integration projects. This role sits at the heart of our delivery engine — ensuring clients receive consistent communication, structured delivery, and a seamless experience from proposal to implementation.
You'll act as the bridge between our
Australian directors and clients
, and our
engineering, data, and AI teams.
Your goal is to free our leadership team from day-to-day project coordination while driving delivery excellence and nurturing strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Client Delivery & Communication
- Own the end-to-end delivery of AI and software integration projects — from onboarding to deployment and handover.
- Serve as the
primary client contact
, ensuring clear, proactive communication and strong stakeholder relationships. - Translate business goals into delivery milestones and technical tasks for the offshore team.
- Coordinate weekly client updates, progress reports, and delivery retrospectives.
- Ensure client satisfaction through structured reporting, transparency, and follow-through.
Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scopes, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with solution architects and directors.
- Manage priorities, risks, dependencies, and resources across multiple active projects.
- Ensure all projects are delivered
on time, on budget, and aligned to quality standards
. - Leverage tools for project tracking and status updates.
- Continuously refine delivery playbooks, templates, and documentation for repeatability and scale.
Team Coordination
- Work closely with engineering leads, AI architects, and data specialists in Sri Lanka to ensure project milestones are met.
- Foster clear communication between onshore and offshore delivery teams.
- Identify blockers early and facilitate timely escalation or resolution.
- Encourage a culture of accountability, clarity, and ownership across all projects.
Commercial Awareness
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing client accounts (support, additional modules, data cleansing, automation, etc.).
- Track project profitability.
- Collaborate with leadership on change requests, rescoping, and new proposals.
Experience & Skills
Required:
- 4+ years of project management experience in
technology, software, or AI-related delivery
. - Strong understanding and passion for
AI, automation, or digital transformation
delivery models. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with distributed teams.
- Exceptional communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with CRMs (HubSpot/Pipedrive/Salesforce/Dynamics365) and PM tools (ClickUp, Notion, Jira).
Preferred:
- Background in software development, data, or business analysis.
- Experience working with offshore or hybrid delivery teams.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and AI integration workflows (RAG, voice AI, automation agents).
- Prior client-facing consulting or delivery experience.
Key Traits & Mindset
- Proactive, commercially minded, and client-obsessed.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping define processes as we scale.
- Balances empathy with accountability — builds trust while delivering outcomes.
- Able to act as both
a delivery orchestrator
and
a client partner
, constantly identifying improvement and growth opportunities.
Why Join Us
You'll join a rapidly growing team working at the intersection of
AI, data, and software delivery
, helping shape how organisations adopt AI responsibly and effectively. You'll have a front-row seat to the evolution of AI integration across industries — from architecture and manufacturing to logistics and finance — and the opportunity to define scalable delivery processes for a business that's growing fast.
