London's award-winning hospitality studio, Studio Paskin, is expanding its portfolio. As  Restaurant Supervisor, you will play an important role in bringing two of their most celebrated brands, The Palomar and The Mulwray. From day-to-day operations to guest engagement, and team leadership, you will support the Venue Manager in driving excellence at every touchpoint.   • You'll kick off each shift by making sure the floor is set, the team's ready, and everything's lined up for a smooth, seamless service;
  • You'll connect with guests, make them feel welcome, and leave a lasting memorable impression;
  • You'll be an expert on the menu, dietary needs, allergens, and the beverage list;
  • You'll keep an eye on stock and gear, set up systems to record breakages, manage inventory, and maintain control for the food service areas;
  • Ensure compliance with RSA, hygiene, and licensing regulations – keeping everything above board and up to standard.

Qualifications
We are looking for you – with personality and that certain something …

  • You have at least two years of experience in a Team Leader or Supervisor capacity for large Food & Beverage operation within premium and luxury establishments;
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
  • You possess a high level of written and spoken Business English;
  • You are extremely organised and have proven experience leading and motivating a diverse restaurant team in a high-pressure environment;
