We are seeking a highly analytical and innovative ICT Business/Systems Analyst to join our team in the printing and digital design industry. This role focuses on enhancing business processes, developing system integrations, and driving digital transformation throughIndustry 4.0 technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

● System Integration & Development

  • Implement, integrate, and optimise cloud-based customer CRM data into the Business's Digital Design and Pricing Module solution.
  • Develop, integrate, and automate processes for customer data and the Digital Design & Pricing Module.
  • Establish a data integration protocol across customer CRM databases to ensure consistent input and reporting.
  • Assess and support integration with key systems (e.g., Tharstern MIS, Chili Publish, Web Portal)

● Process Improvement & Innovation

  • Evaluate current business workflows and printing processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
  • Research and implement new methodologies and digital technologies to improve efficiency and quality control.

● Business Analysis & Project Management

  • Gather, document, and prioritise business and user requirements for system enhancements, particularly customer web portal integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including developers, API experts, and endusers, to ensure seamless system implementations.
  • Apply project management methodologies to track deliverables, manage risks, and oversee system enhancements.

● Testing, Reporting & User Support

  • Conduct functional and acceptance testing, documenting results and resolving issues with developers and customers.
  • Generate management reports using KP Connect, SAP Crystal Reports and Excel (macros, PivotTables), providing insights into production efficiency and business performance.
  • Develop user manuals, training materials, and provide ongoing end-user support.

● System Maintenance & Managed Services

  • Manage and maintain the digital design and pricing system with the managed service provider, recommending improvements as required.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business analysis, system integrations, and process improvement.
  • Strong understanding of printing industry systems such as Tharstern MIS, KP Connect, and Chili Publish (highly desirable).
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel (including macros, PivotTables), and data visualisation tools; experience with SAP Crystal Reports is a plus.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to bridge technical and business requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $74,000.00 – $76,515.00 per year
