We believe in recognition and rewarding performance and success.We are currently seeking motivated people to join our team to continue this trend.We have some great employment opportunities & are looking for a qualified ICT Business Analyst to be a part of our dedicated teamOverview of the role:Reporting to the Operational Excellence Manager, the Business Analyst is the conduit between the technology teams/vendors and the business to assist in identifying and implementing organisational changes whether they be process, systems, products or in some cases regulatory changes. The Business Analyst will bridge the gap between technical specialists, project managers and executive leadership groups ensuring that solutions are effectively defined and delivered.You will work with key stakeholders in any area of an organisation to assess processes, determine and define requirements and implement validated recommendations.This role oversees the development and completion of projects and will oversee members of project teams to keep them on task. This role will also balance competing demands to ensure project objectives are achieved to deadlines, as well as on budget and delivered to a high-quality output.Persons applying for this role must display the following attributes:Minimum 3 years experience in a Business Analyst role with employees >100.Experience managing digital and data projects and applying project management best practice.Proven experience implementing complex technical solution projects.Experience with rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly desirableStrong stakeholder management experience, a clear communicator with the ability to build relationships.You must be approachable with excellent interpersonal skills combined with the ability to influence peers.Outstanding work ethic and commitment to customer service.A professional, confident and self-assured person with the ability to demonstrate flexibility and apply learnings to improve project success.Team player who is action focused and result-oriented, who quickly comes up to speed on assigned project(s) whilst maintaining forward momentum on the project at all times.Ability to engage cross functional departments with a common purpose, exerting influence and motivating individualsStrong communication skills with proven ability to communicate effectively with a range of individuals.Ability to effectively engage subject matter experts and understand technical topics.Experience in working in a high-performance team.Ability to work flexible hours.Salary range starting from base $76,515 negotiable dependent on experience.For further information please contact If you think you are the right fit for this position, we'd love to hear from you.
